PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Huntha Management can manage your project from the design phase to completion including the following:
- Managing the construction tendering process including providing the Lessor or client with three quotations for consideration;
- Assisting in the selection of an appropriate builder/tradesmen;
- Liaising with private certifiers and council for approvals and permits;
- Providing guidance and acting as the primary contact for builders and tradesmen through all aspects of the project works;
- Managing authority approvals;
- Managing the selected consultancy team;
- Attending and Chairing regular site meetings;
- Managing sign offs;
- Receiving cost information from subcontractors, analysing the information into a spreadsheet, and calculating the costs and profits;
- Managing all invoices to confirm works are performed, completed, and as per quotation before forwarding on for processing and payment;
- Managing and controlling the head contract including administration activities, variations, financial costs information, progress claims, and final accounts;
- Monitoring variation submissions and ensuring they are justified and competitive.
- Carrying out defects inspections on behalf of the Lessor post completion and confirming any defects are rectified in a timely manner.
