Over the years Huntha Management has managed many new shop fitouts and refurbishments for both independent retailers and large chains and franchisors. We can act on your behalf as Head Contractor, providing the construction and coordination of all trades to deliver a complete retail fit out or refurbishment for your business. As well as liaising with tradespeople, Huntha Management supervises all works to ensure they are delivered as promised, liaises with Councils and Centre Management and supervises the quality control of the finished works including the rectifying of any defects identified by Centre Management.

We can assist with:

• Meeting key stakeholders such as the leasing manager, tenancy coordinator, centre manager, operations manager, engineer, council and tradespeople to understand the scope, time, and cost of a project;
• Negotiating and liaising with key stakeholders on your behalf, including documentation;
• Reviewing the drawings and liaising with tradespeople on your behalf;
• Providing advice to ensure better designs in line with your concept, budget and timeframes;
• Ensuring relevant permits, sign-offs and approvals (health/building/council) etc. are obtained prior to construction;
• Preparing and controlling the Planning Schedules to ensure time is controlled;
• Site supervision and quality assurance;
• Issuing site instructions to builder/tradesmen;
• Inspecting works as they are carried out to ensure conformance with the approved design;
• Ensuring the appropriate certificates have been received by tradesmen prior to trade;
